Follow me through one of the biggest adventures (and risks) I have taken yet in my life. I've quit my job, sold my shit and am bound for Canada with a suitcase, a backpack and the little money I could scrape together in the past few months.
The Ferret named Zoey…
I had never met a ferret ‘in person’ before, and didn’t really know what to expect, perhaps similar to the rats that Nic and I used to have, only a little more awkward? It seems I was wrong, these little buggers are smart!
Anyways, long story short, April (whom I am staying with) decided it was time for her to purchase another ferret (like she’d had many years ago) so we made a trip to the pet store where they had just one baby ferret left. They all seemed to adore her and said she’s one of the most friendly ferrets they’ve had come in, after a little bit of playing and snuggling, the deal was done, April had to have her!
She’s just 10 weeks old and weighs around .6 kgs. She’s pretty well toilet trained and can be carried around in public without any problems.. What an awesome pet!!
Anyways, just thought I would keep everyone informed of what’s entertaining me here these days :)
